Identify the reasons why you haven’t been functioning at your optimal levels and notice the repeating patterns that are interrupting your schedule or goals.

More often than not, you are not progressing either by circumstances not within your control, or by circumstances where there is some level of control but it is not societally acceptable norms to do so.

In both situations, even the strongest of us are derailed. Because whenever it happens – there is a perception that control is ‘taken away’ from us.

Temporary, as it may seem,
Accumulated ‘temporary’ out-of-control circumstances can be debilitating and erodes the self through time where others’ needs are often prioritized before yours.
And you are left swimming in overwhelm.

The unaware and unconscious will continue to draw from your ‘well’. The God Source.
It is a myth to think that The God Source can ever be depleted.
The God Source is ever flowing, replenished within continuously.
It is who we are.
And eventually only this essence remains when we are called Home.

See them for who they are.
The unaware, The unconscious,
Unmasked
Their true colours
Without having to hide them
Or change them
Even for themselves

Or even, if these are parts of ourselves

We can choose to step away from the situation and take back control.
Doing so, ensures your survival, here.
And that your path and work continues.
Perhaps it is not time yet.
And we know exactly what to do.
But there is also the less appreciated path of surrender.

Remember you are here, in this position, because you are not heartless.
The sense of entitlement so often easily taken by others, without even a second thought, leaves you and your life a wrecking mess.
Because you apply daily compassion and know what giving to others without expectation truly meant.

It also means that very often, your true hidden selflessness remains unseen.
But that is okay,
Because the Higher Powers that be knows..

They see you
They hear you

And know this,
The harder the climb,
The rougher the road,

The closer you are,
To Paradise

Our neuro, chemical and bio pathways can be rewired if we love with our minds and think with our hearts.

Love then becomes rooted in wisdom;
And Consciousness/ Conscious Thought or Thinking takes form in the center of the Heart where more humane decisions can be derived, more empathy, kindness, and deliberation made from a space of compassion.

Many of these words, are to be felt, received, lived and experienced.

It is through the experiencing of these words that we innerstand the true breadth of the meaning for ourselves, in our own context of being.

Once these concepts are learnt, you will have them for life.

There is a sense of freedom and liberation from such experiences. You unlock yourself and free yourself from this self imprisonment of constant searching, tireless loops of finding answers or chasing what is beyond.

Your mind can then rest, as you tune into a soothing state,
And as you begin to discover the first communication you have had with your heart for quite some time now, you begin to connect your heart center to the higher realms/ higher consciousness to access all the answers you have in you all along.

If you are more of a Heart person you may experience an overdrive in emotions. This is not bad per se. (I have always worked on the premise of following my heart, and observing how far my feelings can take me, with outstanding outcomes, beyond what we could imagine. And I thank my support network for allowing me true expression, a constant safety net and unconditional love – so you see, my soul tribe/family sets an extremely concrete and firm foundation in order for us to discover beyond boundaries, though emotions). If you are more of a Heart person, harness the benefits of feeling in with Wisdom. The mind is a muscle, just like the heart, and strengthens with practice. This can mean getting educated, being in silent contemplation without reaction, observing, meditating, or going for hypnosis (such as the Simpson Protocol, SP).

If you are more of a Mind person, constantly in your head, you can explore bridging the heart-mind connection, by activating your heart centre to connect with your higher consciousness. Deliberate thought in daily living entails making small decisions from the heart center, and then as you go along, the larger decisions.

When these two loops of the mind and heart no longer becomes separate, circulating in its own trajectory, the union and merging of the heart and mind becomes achievable in a single infinite flow that connects and communicates – first within, then with the environment and the universe. The United Heart-Mind achieves its own equilibrium and balance, the energetic flow between the mind and heart flows seamlessly, like an electric circuit – generating a Force of Life.

This ebb and flow, balanced in equilibrium harmony is what is eternal and everlasting. Biologically, it develops our receptors and neuro, chemical and bio pathways by redirecting thought, whether it be produced by the mind or the heart, and in the process activate certain dormant keys or pathways that can give you access to an unbelievable throve of information and resources that will help you thrive and not just survive.

Allow your overworked muscles and frizzled neural pathways to rest and rejuvenate. Find sources of real relaxation and recovery by really committing to a holistic health plan that takes care of the areas you are fully aware which needs more support and development. This can be physical, but mostly these days it is more mental and emotional. It is the presence of the Holy Spirit that indicates the path to spirituality. For some, the spiritual path is through religion. For others, it is through non-religious ways of daily living, through simplicity, peace, kindness and love.

Neither religions nor religious places have the automatic means and rights to the presence of the Holy Spirit of the presence of God. One can have a building, of sand and stone, but totally and completely void of the Holy Spirit. Such places, disguised as places of worship, without the presence of the Holy Spirit, fall into decay, and easy temptations of corruption, not for the name of God, but for the survival or denial that the Holy Spirit has left and no longer dwells therein.

It is not places of building of sand and stone that determines the presence of God. It is the presence of the Holy Spirit, and the dwelling place of the Holy Spirit. You are the temple of the Holy Spirit. The New Kingdom is of the people, within themselves.

It is this revelation that religions fear the most.

Any religion or religious doctrine that seeks to sow seeds of confusion, separatism, isolation, condemnation, and use the name of religion to crucify another, through fear or subjugation, is the work of evil.

Any religion or religious doctrine that seeks to cast doubt by first casting the stone of blasphemy, is by itself, a mirror of their own state.

True religion, should mirror the path of high states of consciousness, the ultimate spirituality, of love, kindness, compassion, patience, truth, unity, and not one that casts extreme fear, doubt, confusion, shame, guilt and threaten the foundations of all the work our spiritual forefathers have worked so hard to bring unto this Earth. The true and divine teachings of Buddha or Jesus himself, and many others whom were condemned for being heretics in their time.

Spirituality in its highest essence, like consciousness, should be pure, unadulterated and gives rise to the creation of Life and in the honour of Truth and Love. Without any smoke and mirrors, we break through all the barriers and allow the true Light of God to shine thru.

More importantly, what gives rise to what is Truth, is the presence of the Divine Light of the Holy Spirit. It is undeniable, that the Holy Spirit will play a major role and catalyst in so many changes that are to come, in this new millenia, as predicted by so many.

Where the Holy Spirit dwells, therein is the presence of the Universal God and Truth. This is the state of pure unadulterated consciousness, of the Highest form.

The Self

In the Ascension process, you will first meet the part of you that you love the most – the egoic self.

As you Ascend, and through learning, or lessons presented along the journey, the ego begins to shed and this process can be an extremely painful one, as a part of you is dying. Not just any part, but the part of you, you love the most.

That is if, you were not aware of the ego death process.

Whether or not, the ego is a true or false part of you, is not the point.

All parts of you are acceptable – are loved.

As you nurture the egoic self to maturity, a flower blossoms in its place.

There are many paths to nurturing.

It all depends on what and how you would like to experience this nurturing. The ego and state is a direct reflection and mirror of your Self. Gentleness is key, as you would be gentle unto your Self.

The death of ego, is not so much a death in itself, rather, it is an opportunity for the transformation of the self most loved, to a matured state, where it comes into balance and harmony with the continuous evolution of your personal self journey and growth towards Ascension – towards the unification of your I AM presence.
